30-Day Return Policy
We are very confident that our products will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that complete return instructions, return address, etc. are included on the packing slip you receive with your order.
To make a return, you must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) by emailing us at SSJPASTRCNTR@aol.com. You will be notified by email within 48 hours with your RA#.
- Print the email that provides your Return Authorization Code and include this document in the shipment, and write the Return Authorization Code on the outside of the shipping box on the front of the package so that it is clearly visible.
- Product(s) must be returned using a traceable shipping method.
- Item must be insured for total amount paid at purchase.
- Product(s) that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All items must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our team. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
